* Proven experience in onboarding Networks and Campaigns
* Strong network of Direct Buyers and advertisers
* Strong understanding of Affiliate networks and tracking platforms
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in managing affiliates performance, payouts, and reporting.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize strategies.
